As a life and business coach, Denise offers somatic leadership coaching services and organization development consulting to individuals, teams and organizations. Denise has a master’s degree in Organization Development from USF and coaching training as an ontological coach through the Newfield Network. In addition she is a Certified Somatic Coach and Associate of the Strozzi Institute with extensive experience in all phases of organization effectiveness; building teams, conflict resolution, leadership development, strategic planning, culture change and transition, work system redesign, executive coaching and meeting facilitation.

To her work Denise brings more than 20 years of experience in designing and delivering leadership training, goal setting, time management, communication, meeting effectiveness, coaching/leading others, and creating high performing teams.

Denise has served on the Speakers Panel for IRS for 10 years and taught tax law at the College of Notre Dame. She has been a presenter at the International Coach Federation Conference, the National Organization Development Network, the Bay Area Organization Development Network, and at various local organizations. Denise has a remarkable ability to design and deliver workshops on communication, goal setting and leadership coaching.
